Not primarily. While many women do experience physical changes, Breaking Free is not focused on the number on the scale. It’s about renewing your relationship with food and with God, breaking the cycle of emotional eating, and learning to honor your body as a temple. Weight release may be a byproduct, but wholeness and freedom are the goals.

This program is grounded in biblical principles and the teachings of Jesus Christ. It’s ideal for women seeking a faith-based approach to food freedom and personal healing. No specific denomination is required—just an openness to engage with scripture, prayer, and spiritual transformation.

You’re not alone—and this program was made with you in mind. Breaking Free doesn’t rely on willpower or another restrictive plan. It helps you uncover the emotional, spiritual, and behavioral patterns that have kept you stuck, and walks you step-by-step through truth, healing, and sustainable change.

Each week includes video teachings, a devotional series, scripture-based tools, prayer + praise prompts, printable worksheets, food & craving trackers, and reflection practices. You’ll also get access to a private community, optional group coaching, and a bonus library with tools like a fasting guide, Spotify playlist, and more.

You can expect to spend about 30–45 minutes a few days per week engaging with the content. That includes videos, devotionals, journaling, and reflection. The program is self-paced but designed to support weekly momentum—plus everything is downloadable and yours to keep.
